The Carron offers wide-ranging lunch and evening meal menus that make full use of quality local ingredients. Chef Proprietor Robert Cleaver regularly asks suppliers to deliver twice daily to ensure that only the freshest produce is available to the chefs.
Diners can choose from an extensive à la Carte menu, daily blackboard specials and vegetarian choices. There are also special menu options for guests who prefer a lighter snack lunch.
Choose from a wide variety of starters and main courses of seafood, venison, chicken, steak or duck. Sumptuous desserts include homemade ice cream and sorbets.
